  Every organization has its own unique way of managing risk. WelcomRisk provides a highly flexible risk planning framework that can be easily configured to reflect the unique needs of any company. At the risk planning phase, a Risk Library is created to model the chosen risk environment. This includes risk categories, impact types, and thresholds.

• Produce a comprehensive risk register

  A Risk Register is the primary means by which risks are identified, tracked and responded to and many organizations attempt to do this unsuccessfully with Excel. Within the Risk Register, risks may be viewed as "threats" or "opportunities" and can be treated as such and responded to separately. The Risk Register is also fully customizable so that organizations can model their own unique risk environments.

• Mitigate risks

  WelcomRisk provides powerful support for the risk reduction process and supports various types of risk responses including mitigation, avoidance, acceptance, and transfer. Using WelcomRisk, project managers can proactively plan response strategies, map out mitigation steps, and delegate responsibility for response.   WelcomRisk provides a comprehensive reporting module that includes an interactive risk tree, detailed risk matrix, and time-phased waterfall diagrams all within the product. Third party tools are not needed.
